In the presence of Lieutenant General Beno\u00eet Durieux, Director of the IHEDN and Higher Military Education (EMS), who came to give a welcome address, the participants, mostly from the Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity major at the IHEDN National Session<\/a> attended a round table on Wednesday 13 April 2022 focusing on the collective work Digital sovereignty: an attempt to reclaim it<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n Co-organised by the Cyber and Digital Sovereignty Chair - IHEDN, the\u2019AGORA 41<\/a>, ANSSI think tank, and the Data circle<\/a>, the \u00abReconquering Digital Sovereignty\u00bb round table featured the following speakers Lieutenant General Bernard de Courr\u00e8ges d'Ustou<\/a>, Inspecteur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Finances and former Director of the IHEDN, and to\u00a0Matthieu Bourgeois<\/a>, a lawyer specialising in digital and communications law, Vice-Chairman of the Cercle de la donn\u00e9e and a member of AGORA 41.<\/p>\n After outlining the reasons that led AGORA 41 and the Cercle de la donn\u00e9e to publish this essay, the speakers presented the book's conclusions and set out their proposals in 3 sections:<\/p>\n The presentation was followed by a discussion with the audience.<\/p>\n General Marc Watin-Augouard, Head of the Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity major at the IHEDN National Session, closed the event.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/cyber-ihedn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IHEDN-13042022-_HRE5797-scaled.jpg\")
