Coordinated by General Éric Freyssinet, Chairman of the Chair's Scientific Advisory Board and Senior Cyber Adviser to the Ministry of the Interior's Command in Cyberspace (COMCYBER-MI), this issue is part of the series Digital issues from Annales des Mines.
The contributors to this issue set out to demonstrate that, «in the face of constantly evolving threats, cybersecurity must be seen as a strategic issue combining governance, digital sovereignty, regulation and skills». In particular, they stress «the importance of training and a risk culture to strengthen collective resilience».
