Michel Séjean, a researcher associated with the Chair, presented the Code de la cybersécurité, a forthcoming work that he is coordinating for Editions Lefebvre-Dalloz, at the Congrès des Notaires.

Michel Séjean, Associate researcher at the Chair and Associate Professor of Private Law and Criminal Sciences at the Université Bretagne Sud, spoke at the Congress of Notaries, which took place from 23 to 25 September 2021 in Nice, to present the future Cybersecurity Code, initiative that he is coordinating supported by the Chair.
This Code dedicated to cybersecurity will focus in particular on preventing and responding to cyber attacks, which represent one of the greatest systemic threats to the economy. This book aims to bring together all the legal texts and provisions of the law, The aim is to make all cyber security law (private, criminal and public) more accessible.
The publication of the Cybersecurity Code is scheduled for June 2022.
